It All Started In A Boxing Gym
With a handful of sewing machines and a rented space in the old Fullmer Brother’s Boxing Gym, Ed Malouf and Jim Abraham started E&J Manufacturing. The company flourished into an operation consisting of cutting and sewing facilities, embroidery, and eventually screen printing. The company spanned five different locations in Utah and employed over 500 people. As the demand for domestic production began to decrease the cutting and sewing facilities were closed and E&J became Eagle Eye Promotions, retaining the screen printing and embroidery capabilities and an experienced staff.
Adapting to a Changing World
Eagle Eye Promotions is no stranger to change. We’ve seen countless styles come and go. As with the fashion industry, the shape of retail has evolved at a rapid pace. With the beginning of online shopping we saw the need our customers had for order fulfillment. Instead of producing our high quality apparel and shipping it off to warehouses or retail stores our customers were looking for an all in one solution to maintain a growing demand for quick shipping and a nimble partner to keep up with fluctuating inventory needs. We’ve filled that void by offering our same care and attention that we’ve had for our apparel production to the new world of e-commerce order fulfillment. Our customers have come to rely on us for a strong partnership in building their brands through quality gear and exceptional service.

It’s no easy feat to keep a business operating for three generations, and we couldn’t have done it without our secret sauce. We can’t tell you the whole story here but it boils down to just a few ingredients. A dedicated staff, loyal customers, and a willingness to meet any challenge. Some of our staff have been with us for over 30 years, and they’ve given our customers a very good reason to stick around.
